Shipped FedEx Standard Overnight. Please schedule delivery at least 3 days prior to service to allow for any unexpected shipping delays and for thawing time.
Ingredients: Beef Brisket, Seasoned With Black Pepper, Sea Salt, Spices, Dehydrated Garlic and Onion, Natural Flavors, Sugar and No More Than 2% Soybean Oil to Aid in Flavoring. Mopped with Beef Tallow, White Vinegar, Water, Onion and Lemon.



Tenderloins are shipped FedEx Standard Overnight. You will be asked to schedule a delivery date during checkout. Please schedule delivery at least 3 days prior to serving to allow for any unexpected shipping delays and for thawing time.
If your tenderloin is frozen or cold to the touch and the packaging is sealed and secure, you can either put it in the freezer for up to 1 year, or if you are planning to serve it soon thaw it under refrigeration for 24 hours prior to serving.
