General FAQ's

Can I order now and schedule delivery for a later date?

Absolutely! We encourage you to order as early as possible to ensure that we can fulfill your list! Remember, perishable gifts ship Federal Express, so you can select the desired DELIVERY date.

Can I add a gift message to each box?

Of course! Each of your recipients can have an unique gift message, just add on the appropriate line.

Could I send a gift card that can be redeemed when it's convenient for my recipient?

Yes, and, it's a great idea! We can send a physical or electronic gift card, and the recipient can contact us to schedule their fabulous gift when and where it's convenient for them.

Delivery FAQ's

Does someone need to be home to sign for the delivery?

Depends – if the box is valued at more than $500, then Federal Express doesrequire a signature, but under that value, no signature is needed. You just want to be sure your recipient isn't traveling and that the address you are using is correct.

Why can't I schedule delivery for a Monday?

Since our gifts are perishable and FedEx doesn't pick up on Sundays, we cannot schedule a perishable delivery for Mondays.

Can I ship a perishable item to a PO BOX?

No. Unfortunately we cannot ship to a PO Box. Federal Express requires aphysical address for all shipments.

What time of day will my order be delivered?

We cannot control the time of day for the deliveries, this is based on the local routes of the Federal Express drivers and can be as late as 8pm during holidays.

Can I ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot ship internationally.

Multi-shipping FAQ's

I am shipping to multiple people. What information is needed?

If shipping to a business, please include the full address of your recipient, including the company name and suite number if applicable. If shipping to a residence, provide an apartment or unit number, if applicable. Additionally, if a gate code is needed, please include on Address Line 2.

What if we don't know all recipients' addresses?

Egift cards solve the challenge of not knowing physical addresses or availability for a perishable delivery. You can choose to send immediately or select a different delivery date.

Will my recipients see the pricing of their gifts?

The packing slip included in our shipments will never include any information regarding pricing.

Why should I create an account?

Having an account will save all your recipient information for ease on future ordering and enable us to assist you faster and easier.

Do I need to make an account to place an order?

You may check out as a guest. However, checking out as a guest will not store your recipient information in your account.
