This center cut strip is a traditional beef lover's go-to and a mainstay on steakhouse menus. The strip is a classic cut, sometimes known as a New York Strip or a Kansas City Strip, it has a little less fat than a ribeye, but more “bite” and fat than the filet. It’s a delicious steak and we like to serve it with lots of black pepper.

Tenderloins are shipped FedEx Standard Overnight. You will be asked to schedule a delivery date during checkout. Please schedule delivery at least 3 days prior to serving to allow for any unexpected shipping delays and for thawing time.
If your tenderloin is frozen or cold to the touch and the packaging is sealed and secure, you can either put it in the freezer for up to 1 year, or if you are planning to serve it soon thaw it under refrigeration for 24 hours prior to serving.
